PAT ON THE BACK

This is one of the mini campaigns I did with my middle school students. A simple pat with verbal acknowledgment of good work / skill / an accomplishment followed by giving it to peer in writing to give a boost to them was the idea behind the campaign. Not only did it work well with the students but also the parents approached how much joy it brought to their homes. One parent said, ‘ My daughter has put her Pat on the back sheet on the study wall and this brings smile on her face every time she sees it.’ Another parent added, it has brought confidence in my child. This activity had a ripple effect with students not only placing a pat on the back for peers but Teachers, parents, friends alike. What do you think of this initiative ? Drop your comments below πŸ‘‡πŸΌ As Teachers we often come across innovative ideas and admire the great work, but often fail to acknowledge in person. Your one pat can change lives forever. PatπŸ‘‹πŸ» someone and tag them. Pay it forward :)  #Patontheback ...

The discovery of world's longest animal ever, siphonophore was recorded and announced this year.  Not just looking outward, but the year 2020 was also year of looking inward. With Covid suddenly taking over all and beyond news and media, lockdowns and circuit breakers restraining all work and learning from home, family was much closer than eve...
